Topic: Eyeshadows
As a rule, I tend to avoid Urban Decay's eyeshadows - I usually find each and every one a glittery mess. Recently, they've come out with Matte eyeshadows which I've been very pleased with. Heist is the best one of them all - I'll break it down by formula and color:
Formula: this has the texture of a matte Stila without the chalkly feeling that you can sometimes get. Also, they're not powdery, just pure, smooth color. Color: Heist is the best color Urban Decay has come up with. Yep - there I've said it. IT IS. I need you to trust me on this one. It's a deep brown, dusty-purple and can be paired with pretty much anything to create a simple smokey eye. The color can be worn day or night and can be applied wet to make the perfect liner. I have nothing bad to say about this product and I usually have nothing good to say about Urban Decay. Look, this is the first time I've truly loved an eyeshadow in years - YEARS. Thank you Urban Decay, thank you for being less lame and thank you for making a color that I can wear to work without looking like a 10 year old. You've done well boys.
