Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner
Topic: Toners
Toner is one of the most controversial items in the beauty industry.  A large group of folks claim they are totally unnecessary and an equal amount can't do without them.  For my part, I'm of the belief that they are only really necessary if you have skin problems and choose one meant to counter at that (excessivly oily skin or a moistuizing toner for dry skin).  Otherwise, those with normal skin could probably just use plain, good old fashioned rosewater to rinse off any remaining cleanser after washing.  For me, being the oily bint that I am, I experience severe breakouts without using toner.  Neutrogena's Pore Refining one was great for me as it contains blemish and anti aging treatments. My HG toner was recently discontinued and I can't believe that I found a replacement that is fantastic and does better more expensive brands. It has a slight medicinal smell from the alcohol content and those with sensitive/dry skin need to stay away from this.  This item is found at many US and Canadan drugstores for around $8.

How do you think it would do on normal skin???

In my age I have noticed that my pores are getting larger, and if there is something out there like this that would help with that at a reasonable price, Im up for trying it. :0)

You know, I don't think you need it - if I remember correctly you have pretty great skin!
