I purchased the Milani Body Bronzer last year and loved the sheen it gave my skin at the end of summer. On dark skintones, it creates a light golden shimmer that gives a perfect sunkissed look in the summer without adding pigmentation. On fair skintones, it gives a temporary tan that plays with the light beautifully.
A bit too thick to use on the face, I use this on my legs when wearing skirts - it gives the appearance of wearing thin hose without actually having to go there. I've often wondered how it would hold up under the REAL heat of summer and decided to give it a go this morning. With the temp around 91 degrees (33 C), I wore this to the gym so I could test it under heat and perspiration. I'm happy to report that the body bronzer held strong until I washed it off despite my heavy exertion. It didn't run off onto my socks (as I expected), but it did sort of fade a bit into my skin leaving more shimmer and less sheen behind.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with it. You can find this at most US drug stores for less than $5 and the bottle should last you a good long time. Two things to note: 1) looking at the ingredients, you want to make sure you wash this off well at night 2) the product gives off a metallicy look under indoor lighting so its best worn when being outside.
