Gigi's Calming Balm is part of a two piece set that includes a horrible delipatory available at Sally's Beauty Supply. I won't even review the hair removal lotion. It was so bad in terms of effectiveness that it warrants little of my time. Suffice it to say, to get it to really work, you have to leave it on long enough to burn - I tossed it out ages ago. 
Instead, the real star in the duo ended up being the Calming Balm. If No Bump and Tend Skin had a soothing aspect, it would be this. You aren't meant to use these as a post hair removal stand alone treatment - it won't stop any continued bumping or ingrown hairs you already have - but if you tend to rash up or have stinging sensations after removing hair or find Tend Skin and No Bump too harsh, GiGi's Calming Balm is your first and best line of defense.
My Sally's does not offer this as a stand alone product, but I understand that some do. I've also seen these on ebay and Amazon, so be sure to check there if you're in the market for such an item. The full set from Sally's ran less than $8 on sale, well worth buying the duo just to get the Calming Balm!
