Bikini Zone
Topic: Hair Removal

Seeing as how it is swimsuit season, I'm doing more and more reviews on Hair Removal products. Bikini Zone is meant to be used on...ahem...delicate areas where you probably don't want burning liquid products (Tend Skin or No Bump) running around wildly.  The container reads that it is a "medicated creme," but I can only describe it as as sticky, gross gel.  You are meant to put it on immediately after shaving or waxing, but I actually find this product works best when used a few hours after shaving and then again when hair starts to grow back.  The main ingredient is 2% Lidocaine, which is actually just something used to numb the skin.  If you've ever had surgery, you may have been prescribed a stronger % of it. As a matter of fact, if you're getting waxed, you may want to put this on before you go in.

All in all, it was a pretty good deal - no complaints.  I picked this up at Target for $7, money well spent in my opinion!

I wonder how it prevents bumps since its lidocaine.... interesting....

Yeah, I find it more of an anti irritant than a bump preventer.
